Gary Giles

Chief Executive Officer

Gary joined Nice-Pak as CEO in August of 2023 with a 20-year tenure of building market-leading organizations in the food and wellness industries.

Prior to Nice-Pak, Gary served as President of Monogram Foods, a $1.3 billion private label and co-manufacturing partner serving the specialty food and snack industries.  

Before Monogram, Gary was Chief Executive of Innovations in Nutrition and Wellness (INW), where he led the team who built the world’s largest R&D, manufacturing, and brand support partner serving the global wellness and supplement markets. Prior to INW, Gary was Global Vice President of Product and Research at the Juice Plus+ Company, one of the world’s leading brands in the field of human nutrition.  

Gary earned an MBA from the Amos Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College and a BA from Washington and Lee University.  A former U.S. Marine Corps officer, Gary and his wife, Jennifer, have two teenage sons and are longtime residents of Memphis, Tennessee.
