Herb is an energetic leader with a passion for driving revenue with experience in Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations. He has overseen over $200M in growth during his tenure at Nice-Pak, leading a seasoned sales team with industry knowledge and customer focus at their core. Herb has a successful 30-plus year record of building and leading entrepreneurial, private equity, and global Fortune 500 organizations.

Prior to Nice-Pak, Herb held leadership positions as President of Polar Electro, a wearable technology company, and as Chief Operating Officer for Water-Jel Technologies, a private-label first aid and burn care company. Herb also spent 19 years at Fujifilm working his way up through marketing and General Management and is credited with launching the first disposable camera in the US and the transformation of Fuji consumer products from analog technology to digital. Before Fujifilm, Herb started his career in sports working at NFL Properties and the New Jersey Sports Exhibition Authority. 

Herb holds a master’s degree in sports management from Adelphi University and a BS in Human Kinetics and Economics from Rutgers University. He is married with three children and has been a coach for many years in the Mahwah, New Jersey youth football program.
