Ricky Lester

Vice President, Quality

Ricky Lester is an accomplished quality-assurance professional who leads Nice-Pak’s quality processes. An eight-year veteran of Nice-Pak, Ricky oversees the quality-control and assurance teams across the company’s U.S. production facilities in close partnership with R&D, Operations, Sales and Marketing. Under his leadership, Nice-Pak’s quality team achieves superior performance for our products through the implementation of advanced technologies in production management, testing, and tracking.

Before joining Nice-Pak, Ricky served as Director of Quality at Anchor Packaging and as Quality Manager at Nestlé. Prior to these leadership roles, Ricky was a Senior Chemist at GlaxoSmithKline and a Chemist at Abbott Laboratories—all contributing to his 20-plus years of Quality experience.

Ricky holds a BA in Chemistry from Arkansas State University. He has also obtained multiple certifications in Food Safety, Lean Manufacturing, and QMS auditing. Ricky resides in Arkansas where he enjoys music, hiking, and traveling with his wife, two children and Chico, their Pyrador with a personality twice as big as his size.
