Chief Information Officer

Rob, a seasoned IT veteran with 30 years of Information Technology and Enterprise Architecture experience, leads Nice-Pak’s Business Technology, Cyber Security, and Enterprise Application platforms. He sits at the helm of a passionate technology organization supporting capabilities that improve business processes and ensures Nice-Pak’s technology architecture is reliable, resilient, and agile.

An IT executive with extensive experience leveraging technology in support of enhancing business outcomes, Rob has over thirty years of experience in IT operations and infrastructure, systems security, ERP system implementations, warehouse management systems, analytics and business intelligence, and product lifecycle management.   

Before Nice-Pak, Rob was Chief Information Officer at Horizon Group USA, delivering new enterprise and operations technology capabilities focused on acquiring new business, delivering exceptional customer experience, and ensuring scalability to support an aggressive growth agenda. Prior to Horizon, Rob held progressively responsible leadership roles at Shiseido Americas Corporation and D&M Holdings North America, where he demonstrated a consistent ability to collaborate globally to improve business outcomes and create a competitive advantage through IT innovation. 

Rob earned his BA in computer science from the University of Maryland. He is married with two daughters and is active in various local community organizations benefiting food security and animal rescue.
